Mass PBS Community of Practice

Status:

In this phase, formal PBS is occurring across your organization. This includes all major PBS implementation activities, including, but not limited to the continuous implementation and refinement of your workforce training plan, screening and referral system, and quality and data management system. Obtaining both quantitative and qualitative feedback through interviews and data collection, respectively, are key to improvements and effectiveness. Tier support teams consistently report back to the leadership team and there are ongoing improvements to policy, processes, implementation, and outcomes.

Strategies:

• Use systemic data to refine design and practices.
• Continue to build consistency.
• Further build and refine skills.
• Evaluate selected tier strategies.
• Enhance systems as needed.
