Status:
In this phase, local testing has concluded and results, if applicable, have been used to inform any adjustments made to the latest version of your PBS Action Plan. Most of your original or updated PBS Action Plan has been implemented; however, it’s likely that full implementation has yet to happen across your entire organization. Teams will apply knowledge and practice skills, provide proactive and preventive strategies, report and evaluate data, and refine your organization PBS Action Plan to improve practice and services.
Strategies:
- Finish developing the PBS Action Plan and select implementation strategies to be tested.
- Build readiness to use the program or practice the program steps through training.
- Test some implementation strategies (PBS supports and interventions) out in the field.
- Decide how to monitor, evaluate, and report on PBS implementation quality (effectiveness and fidelity).
